• Account identifiers (Telegram username, access-key hashes, session cookies).
• Phone number in E.164 and phone verification status (`phoneVerifiedAt`).
• SMS consent records: user id, phone, timestamp, IP, user-agent, form URL, policy version, full consent text snapshot and hash.
• Support ticket content you submit.
• Technical cookies for authentication and local UI preferences (theme, drafts).

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Phone verification uses Twilio Verify. Optional support notifications use a Twilio Messaging Service. Twilio processes phone numbers and message metadata to deliver transactional SMS. OTP codes are handled by Twilio Verify and are not stored or logged by SacredStorm.

Account security (OTP), optional transactional support/security SMS with separate consent, fraud/abuse prevention (rate limits), and service delivery. We do not send marketing SMS and do not buy or rent phone lists.

Account and consent records are kept while your account is active and as needed for security, dispute, and compliance purposes. Delivery/opt-out webhook events are retained for operational auditing. You may request deletion of account data by contacting [email protected], subject to legal retention needs.

sacred_session — HttpOnly session cookie (up to 14 days). Local storage may keep theme, order draft, balance display cache, and cookie notice acknowledgement.
