SacredStorm provides tools for consented Telegram outreach and related account services. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and platform rules.

Phone verification uses Twilio Verify for one-time passwords. Optional support SMS use a Twilio Messaging Service and require a separate, unticked consent after phone verification. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using the core service.

SacredStorm does not send marketing SMS, does not buy phone lists, and does not send cold SMS to people who have not opted in.

Access keys are shown once at registration. Keep them secret. Abuse, fraud, or illegal use may result in restriction or termination.
